 MESSAGE TO PARENTS It is my hope that the Kaleidoscope Konzerts page on this web site will encourage children to perform and create new music, as well as share their performances with their friends and relatives. This web site will not feature any child's performance without parental consent. All children under the age of 18 must submit an authorization and release form signed by one parent. For ensemble works, each performer, as well as the composer, must submit their separate authorization and release forms together in the same envelope. I apologize for the tone of the form.
